Orange Smoothie
1/2 cup Soy Milk, vanilla
1/4 cup Vanilla yogurt, non fat
2 tablespoon Fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Honey, strained/extracted
1 tablespoon Sweetened dried coconut flakes, package
1/4 teaspoon Fresh orange peel, grated
21/2 each Fresh clementines
1/4 cup Fresh pineapple, diced, extra sweet variety

directions:

1. Pour soy milk, yogurt, orange juice, and honey into blender; blend briefly, about 5 seconds.
2. Add coconut and zest; blend again briefly.
3. Add orange segments and pineapple, blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
4. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and serve.
