Tomato and Three Cheese Pizza
1 each Frozen pizza crust dough ball
3/4 cup Pizza sauce, homemade style
1/4 cup Slivered fresh basil
1/4 cup Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Dried parmesan cheese, grated

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and place pizza stone, if using, in oven to heat for 30 minutes. Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal. Alternately, grease cookie sheet or baking pan with olive oil.
2. Stretch pizza dough into a 12 inch round. Place on prepared peel or baking pan. Spread pizza sauce evenly on dough with the back of a spoon or spatula, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Distribute the fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Top with Fontina and mozzarella.
3. Slide pizza onto stone or place pan in oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes, until edges of crust are golden and cheese has melted. Slice and serve immediately.
