14 oz Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
4 oz Parmesan cheese
2 eachs green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon Onion flakes, dehydrated
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
