4 each Boneless skinless chicken breast, halves, cut in thin strips
14 oz Canned diced tomatoes
1 cup Chili sauce, low-sodium
11/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper
11/2 cup Chopped celery
2 each Cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

directions:

1. Spray deep skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat pan over high heat.
2. Cook chicken in hot skillet, stirring for 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink. Reduce heat
3. Add tomatoes with juice and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
4. Serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
