Baked Trout
101/2 oz Baked/broiled wild rainbow trout fillet
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
1/4 each Fresh medium red tomatoes, 1/4"
1/8 each Fresh whole medium white onion, 2 1/2"
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro leaves
1/8 teaspoon Olive oil, salad or cooking
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish.
3. In separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.
