Grilled Fish with Mango Tango Salsa

Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

2 each Mango Tango Pluots, pitted and diced
3 tablespoon Red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
1/2 Jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
4 medium swordfish steaks or fillets
3 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 each Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon mccormick lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

directions:

1. To prepare Mango Tango Salsa, stir together the first 6 ingredients and keep covered until ready to serve.
2. Prepare grill for cooking fish over medium-high heat. Rinse fish and pat dry.
3. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add lemon juice, garlic, lemon pepper and salt; simmer for 1 minute over low heat and set aside.
4. Cook fish fillets for about 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing liberally with butter mixture during the last few minutes of cooking.
5. Serve with a large scoop of Mango Tango Salsa.
Options: Halibut or Mahi mahi can be substituted for Swordfish. Nectarines can be substituted for Mango Tango Pluots.
