Smoked Brisket Reuben
4 slices Jewish rye bread
1/4 cup Russian salad dressing
1/2 cup Sauerkraut
2 oz dill Havarti cheese
11/2 tablespoon Butter, salted

directions:

1. Place 4 slices bread on prepared work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon Russian dressing on each slice. Place 1/4 cup sauerkraut on each slice on top of dressing.
2. Divide havarti with dill and smoked brisket over bread slices.
3. Spread remaining Russian dressing over each slice of remaining bread. Place on top of meat and press gently.
4. Melt butter in large heavy skillet over low heat. Add sandwiches and grill slowly, pressing down with a wide spatula. Grill until the bread is brown and crisp. Using spatula, turn sandwiches (add more butter to pan if necessary). Grill, pressing gently until brown and crisp. Remove to cutting board, cut in half and serve immediately.
