Turkey Breast Quesadilla
4 each Flour tortillas
4 piece(s) Pepper jack cheese, slice
4 oz Oven roasted turkey breast and white meat lunchmeat
1 each plum tomato
2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro leaves
2 each Fresh small scallions, tops and bulb, 3" long
1 teaspoon Pure vegetable oil

directions:

1. Place tortillas on prepared work surface. Divide Pepper Jack Cheese and Turkey Breast evenly over tortillas. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle evenly with cilantro and scallions. Place remaining tortillas on top.
2. Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Brush grill with oil. Grill quesadillas one at a time, until cheese is melted and quesadillas become golden and slightly crisp, about 4 minutes total. Transfer to cutting board to cool slightly.
3. Cut into wedges.
