Tuna Salad
3/4 each Canned light tuna with water, drained
31/4 tablespoon Celery, fresh, diced
6 1/2 teaspoon green onions, tops and bulbs chopped
73/4 teaspoon Low calorie low sodium mayonnaise

directions:

1. Rinse and drain tuna for 5 minutes. Break apart with fork.
2. Add celery, onion, and mayonnaise, and mix well.
