Lucky Black Eyed Peas
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 each Small green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 each Cloves garlic, minced
151/2 oz Canned blackeyed peas, rinsed and drained
1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

directions:

1. Add oil to a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add green pepper and sauti for approximately 10 minutes. Add garlic and sauti 30 seconds.
2. Add black-eyed peas and red pepper flakes and sauti 5-10 more minutes.
