Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 (12-ounce) pkg baby spinach (or your favorite salad greens)
1 lb fresh strawberries, washed, ends trimmed, and sliced
1/4 cup Fresh basil or mint, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts or sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons orange juice (or 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar plus 1 tsp. water)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground pepper

directions:

1. Combine the first 5 salad ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the last 5 dressing ingredients, drizzle over salad, and toss.
