1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1/4 to 1/2 cup of your favorite all-natural Asian dressing

directions:

1. In a large bowl, toss spinach, cranberries, peanuts, mozzarella, and sesame seeds.
2. Add dressing to taste and serve.
