Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 bag mixed salad green (Itlaian Blend)
1 handful Raisins, craisins or mixed dried fruit
1 handful sunflower seeds
1 handful Feta cheese, crumbled
1 handful preshredded carrots
2 stalk Medium scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground black pepper

directions:

1. Combine all vegetables, seeds and cheese in a bowl and toss with 1/2 cup of your favorite dressing (or make the Honey Mustard dressing below).
2. Combine the last 7 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together (or shake well in a clean jar).
