Pasta With Garlic and Greens
2 tablespoon Hannaford Inspirations Rosemary Dipping Oil
1/2 each Medium onion, diced
11/2 each Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
6 oz Fresh cooked spinach, well drained and chopped
14 oz Chicken bouillon/broth, resealable box
7 oz Can diced tomatoes, drained
7 oz cannellini bean, drained
11/2 teaspoon Hannaford Inspirations Black Olive Tapenade
3 oz Hannaford Inspirations Rosemary Sun Dried Tomato Ham
8 oz Enriched thin spaghetti noodles, dry
1/4 cup Dried parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 loaf Hannaford Inspiration Italian flat bread

directions:

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring 5 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper, cook stirring 30 seconds.
2. Add spinach, using tongs, toss until spinach wilts, 2 minutes. Add broth and tomatoes, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in beans and tapenade, heat through.
3. Combine cooked pasta, strips of sliced ham and spinach in large serving bowl. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Serve with sliced, toasted bread.
