Simple Salad Bar
1 each English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
2 pt Fresh red cherry tomatoes
2 each Peppers, bell, yellow and red, fresh, diced
1 pkg baby carrots
15 oz Chickpeas, canned, drained and rinsed
6 oz CROUTONS, SEASONED
1 cup small black pitted olives
7 oz Hannaford Inspirations Baby Romaine Lettuce

directions:

Kids love a salad bar, where you canchoose your own fixin's. Following aresuggestions; add any favorite veggiesor condiments, such as nuts, sunflowerseeds, canned tuna, or shredded orcrumbled cheeses.
What Younger Kids Can Do:
* Place salad bar items in separate bowls.
* Rinse vegetables.
* Peel cucumbers.
* Cut vegetables.
1. Place Salad Mix in a large serving bowl.Place cucumber, tomatoes, pepper slices,baby corn, chickpeas, croutons, and olivesin separate bowls, with forks or spoons forserving each one. Set everything up on atable or countertop.
2. Pour each dressing into a bowl witha spoon, or into a creamer-size pitcheror gravy boat. Include salt and peppershakers.
