Wilted Spinach Salad with Orange and Avocado

Wilted Spinach Salad with Orange and Avocado
2 cup Fresh baby spinach
1 each Fresh medium oranges, 2 5/8"
2 slices bacon
1/4 cup Fresh red onion slices
1/4 cup Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
1/2 each avocados, raw

directions:

1. Place spinach in large bowl.
2. With small knife remove peel and white pith from orange. Cut around membrane to loosen segments. Set aside.
3. Fry bacon in small skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Add onions to skillet, cook, stirring until slightly softened, 2 minutes. Add balsamic vinaigrette, swirl pan to heat through.
4. Pour warm dressing over spinach, toss gently.
5. Divide spinach among 4 serving plates. Top with orange segments, avocado, and bacon.
