1/8 cup miso paste
1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 lbs Salmon fillet

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, combine the miso paste, soy sauce, oil, and honey.
3. Place salmon on a baking pan. Brush with glaze. Bake for approximately20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
