Broiled Peppered Tuna Steak

1 each Lemon, cut into wedges
2 teaspoon Olive oil

directions:

Preheat broiler and set oven rack 2 below heat. Rinse tune in water and pat dry; brush both sides lightly with olive oil, then arrange on broiler pan. Sprinkle tops liberally with cracked pepper. Broil 2-3 minutes for medium-rare. Serve tuna with lemon wedges.
