Garlicky Brown Rice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 cup Brown rice, dry
4 each Cloves garlic, minced
4 cup Chicken broth, no salt added
4 tablespoon Sliced green onion
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

directions:

1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic; saute for 2 minutes. Stir in rice and broth; bring to a boil.
3. Cover; reduce heat; and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
4. Spoon into bowl and top with green onion and black pepper.
