Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch flour;
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup soy milk (add more for thinner consitency)

directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour out batter by large spoonfuls onto a pan or griddle set over medium-high heat. Cook until golden.
2. Turn with spatula and cook other side until golden.
3. Serve with applesauce or maple syrup.
