Vegetables with a Touch of Lemon
1 each Fresh medium cauliflower head, 5-6", cut into florets
4 cup Fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon Olive oil, salad or cooking
2 each Fresh garlic cloves
4 teaspoon Fresh parsley, chopped

directions:

1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes).
2. In small saucepan, mix lemon juice, oil and garlic. Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Put vegetable in serving dish. Pour lemon sauce over them and garnish with parsley.
