Asian Noodle Bowl
8 oz Spaghetti pasta, dry
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
2 each Cloves garlic, minced
1 each Small onions, sliced
1/4 cup Chopped green bell pepper
3 cup Fresh broccoli florets
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Chopped roasted peanuts
1/4 cup Barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter, creamy
1 teaspoon Chili powder

directions:

1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and saute garlic, onion and pepper until golden, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the water and the broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, reheat briefly and serve over spaghetti.

TestReview1 Can't go wrong with a nice soup like this that keeps the soul feeling healed and refreshed. I like to have something like this during a cold winter night, where the days are short and the nights keep getting long and long and a never ending snowy long night. I will definatly want to eat this next to a hot fire place and watching a nice movie cuddeling next to a cute fluffy pet. Not sure how anyone feels about this recipe but I find a connection so close to home eating this one. December 12, 2011
