Japanese Stir Fry
2 teaspoon Canola oil
3/4 cup Snow peas, fresh
1/4 cup Fresh red onion, sliced thin
1 cup Medium green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup Fresh broccoli florets
1 cup Fresh cabbage, shredded

directions:

Heat wok or skillet until hot and add oil. Add vegetables and cook until vegetables are crisp, but tender, about 2 minutes. Sesame oil to taste. Serve with rice.
