My Hannaford Rewards

What is My Hannaford Rewards?

Simply put, My Hannaford Rewards is a program that creates new and personalized ways to save when you shop at Hannaford. The program rewards you for buying our store brands and gives you personalized coupons and offers.

What items qualify for the 2% rewards?

Each time you shop, you'll earn 2% rewards on every store brand item you buy. Our store brands include: Hannaford Brand, Taste of Inspirations, Nature's Place, Home360, Cha-Ching, Etos, Companion, Care One and Healthy Accents. You'll also earn 2% rewards on any fresh meat, seafood, packaged produce and deli and bakery items that have the store brand name on the packaging.

The simplest way to tell if an item qualifies is to look at the packaging. If the package has a store brand logo on it, or a scale label sticker with the store logo and a store brand name in the item description, it qualifies. If the package has a scale label with the store brand logo, but another brand name in the item description, it does not qualify.

The more you shop and use your My Hannaford Rewards barcode, the better we get to know you – so, over time, you'll receive more and more offers for the kinds of items you love and buy the most.

How do I redeem my rewards?

With My Hannaford Rewards, you earn rewards each time you shop and purchase our store brands. You'll redeem your earnings quarterly.

At the end of each quarter, we'll remind you to activate any rewards you've earned.

You can activate your rewards with one click and they'll be ready to redeem immediately.

To redeem the rewards you've activated, just use your barcode or phone number at the checkout. Your rewards will be deducted from your total, along with any qualifying coupons you've clipped.

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards are granted quarterly, and you'll have 90 days to activate and use them before they expire. When your rewards are ready to be activated, we'll send you a notification by email, text or both, depending on how you set up your communication preferences. If you choose not to receive communications from us, we will not send a reminder that your rewards are available, so you will need to check your app or your account online.

What are digital coupons?

Digital coupons are just like paper coupons but easier. They can be "clipped" directly to your account. Any coupons you've "clipped" are saved in your "My Clipped Coupons" section.

I already have a Hannaford.com account; do I need to register again?

You'll just need to sign in to the app or website using your existing Hannaford.com email and password. We'll ask you to confirm some details and then you'll be ready to start earning rewards.
