Strawberry-Watermelon Popsicles

Strawberry-Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
2 cups cubed watermelon
1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp agave nectar syrup


1. Blend strawberries, watermelon, and agave nectar in a blender or food processor until mixture is completely smooth.
2. Pour mixture into eight popsicle molds, snap on the tops, and freeze until popsicles are frozen solid, about 6 hours.
3. To serve: Pull each popsicle from the mold with the handle attached. If popsicle is stubborn, briefly submerge mold in warm water and then try again.
Popsicle Molds *If you don't have popsicle molds, try using small plastic containers such as yogurt or pudding cups. Cut a slit through each lid just big enough to fit a popsicle stick. Pour popsicle mixture into containers,cover with lids, and freeze until mixture is slushy enough to hold the stick upright. Push the sticks through the slits in the lids and continue tofreeze until popsicles are frozen solid.
