Cheesy Macaroni
4 oz Hannaford Inspirations Aged Cheddar Cheese
4 oz Hannaford Inspirations Dill Havarti Cheese
4 oz Hannaford Inspirations Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
4 oz Hannaford Inspirations Old Fashioned Smoked Carving Ham
4 tablespoon Butter, salted
1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
21/2 cup 1% milk
12 oz elbow macaroni

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease your baking dish. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, gradually whisk in milk. Return pan to heat and cook stirring until mixture thickens slightly.
2. Add cheddar, havarti , romano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until cheese is melted. Add ham. Remove from heat.
3. Combine cheese sauce with prepared noodles. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining romano cheese. Bake until bubbling and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
