Aegean Island Ham Sandwich
1/2 cup Roasted lean whole ham, diced
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 cup Fresh baby spinach
1 teaspoon Dried pure whole oregano
1 each Large white pita bread, 6 1/2"

directions:

1. In a small bowl, toss together shredded ham, olive oil, lemon juice, spinach and oregano.
2. Cut pita bread in half.
3. Divide ingredients evenly between pita halves.
