Deli Muffaletta
1 lb Garlic Demi baguettes
1/4 cup Light mayonnaise
1 1/2 pkgs Hannaford Inspirations All Natural roast turkey breast
1 1/2 pkgs Hannaford Inspirations genoa-style salami
11/2 oz Hannaford Inspirations Baked Ham
11/2 oz Hannaford Inspirations Smoked Swiss Cheese
3 oz Canned marinated artichokes hearts
1/8 oz Fresh red onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon Calamata olives, pitted
11/2 each Fresh plum tomatoes

directions:

1. Hollow out each baguette half, leaving a 3/4-inch shell; spread mayonnaise evenly over each bread shell.
2. Into the two bottom halves, layer turkey breast, salami, baked ham and Swiss cheese.
3. Top with artichokes, onion, olives and tomatoes; place remaining bread on top.
4. Wrap both loaves tightly with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
5. Unwrap sandwiches for serving and cut into 2-inch slices.
