Greek Cucumber Dip with Pita Triangles
1 each Cucumber, peeled and grated
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
2 each Cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon Olive oil
4 each Wheat pita bread

directions:

1. Mix cucumber, yogurt, garlic, and mint in medium-sized bowl. Top with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Cut pita pockets into wedges and bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven until warm, about 5 minutes. Serve pita triangles with cucumber dip on side.

Had lots of the the traditonal appertizers; wings, cheese trays, steamed shrimp, dips etc. This was the first to go and party goers kept coming up asking if I had more.
