1 lb tilapia fillet (or flounder, pollack or hake)
1 each Medium onion, chopped
2 each Jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
12 each Flour tortillas, 7" to 8"

directions:

1. Place onions, jalapeno peppers and fish, plus 1 tablespoon water in a hot skillet.
2. Sprinkle with spices, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over med heat for about 6 minutes.
3. Serve on corn tortillas with one or more suggested toppings: Fresh or prepared salsa, Hot sauce, Hannaford nonfat sour cream, Lime wedges,Shredded lettuce or cabbage, Chopped tomatoes, Chopped cilantro.
