3 cups apples, peeled and cut into thick slices
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place apples in a 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well, sprinkle over apples. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
