Hearty Ham Frittata
23/4 oz Fresh asparagus
2 teaspoon Salted butter
1/2 whole Sweet onion slices
11/4 oz Hannaford Inspirations Maple and Brown Sugar Ham
21/2 each Large whole eggs, raw
4 teaspoon Water
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 each Fresh medium tomatoes

directions:

1. Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
2. In a nonstick oven safe 10-inch skillet melt butter over medium heat; add asparagus and onion, cooking 10 minutes, or until asparagus is tender-crisp.
3. Add ham to skillet; set aside.
4. Preheat broiler.
5. Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; add 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
6. Pour egg mixture over asparagus in skillet; arrange tomato wedges on top.
7. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until set; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Broil frittata 1 minute, or until cheese is melts.
9. Loosen frittata and slide onto platter; cut into wedges.
10. Serve hot or at room temperature.
