Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans (rinsed, drained & divided)
3 each Mango Tango Pluots (divided)
2 each Fresh garlic cloves, peeled
3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
5 each Fresh basil leaves, chopped
4 slices bacon (cooked crisp & crumbled)
1 each avocado (peeled, pitted & cubed)
1 (5 oz.) pkg mixed salad greens
1 cup Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed (chilled)
1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
4 each whole-wheat tortillas

directions:

1. In a blender, puree 1/3 cup of the cannelini beans, 1 Mango Tango Pluot (pitted and diced), garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and sea salt until smooth; set aside.
2. Pit and slice the remaining 2 Mango Tango Pluots and toss with remaining beans in a large bowl. Add rest of ingredients and toss together.
3. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
4. Place equal amounts of salad in the center of each wrap. Fold in one side then roll up to enclose.
Option: Nectarines can be used in place of Mango Tango Pluots.
