Grilled Wildflower Honey Ham Sandwich

8 slice Artesian multigrain bread
1/3 cup Taste of Inspirations cranberry apple chutney
8 oz mature cheddar cheese, sliced
8 oz Taste of Inspirations Wildflower Honey Ham
1 each Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
3 tablespoon butter, softened

directions:

1. Place 4 slices bread on work surface. Spread Cranberry Apple Chutney evenly onto each slice. Top with Cheddar Cheese, Wildflower Honey Ham and apple slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Spread sandwich tops with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
2. Melt remaining butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches butter side up to pan. Cook, pressing occasionally with large spatula. Turn sandwiches with spatula, continue grilling until bread is golden and cheese has melted.
