Ingredients: Add ingredients to List

1 loaf flatbread, sliced horizontally and cut into 4 pieces
12 oz Taste of Inspirations Oven Roasted Herb Turkey Breast
12 oz Taste of Inspirations Wildflower Honey Ham
4 oz Fontina Cheese, thinly sliced or substitute mozzarella or porvolone
2 cup Baby arugula
1 each Small Red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon Olive oil

directions:

1. Arrange 4 bread slices on work surface. Divide chicken, ham, cheese, arugula and onion evenly over bread. Top with remaining slices of bread and drizzle both sides with olive oil.
2. Heat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add sandwiches, and grill, pressing firmly with a heavy spatula 3-4 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
