Crock Pot Stuffing
31/4 tablespoon Salted butter
6 1/2 tablespoon white onion, chopped
61/2 tablespoon Medium celery stalk, 7.5-8" long
21/2 teaspoon Fresh parsley, sprigs
13/4 oz Signature button mushroom salad
2 1/4 cups white bread crumb, toasted
1/4 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon Dried whole Moroccan thyme
1/16 teaspoon Marjoram leaves, ground
1/16 teaspoon Salt, Kosher
1/16 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
61/2 tablespoon Canned light chicken broth, fat free, reduced sodium
1/2 each Large whole eggs, raw

directions:

1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and sauti onions, celery, parsley and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Put bread cubes in large bowl; pour sautied mixture over cubes.
3. Add poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper; toss to blend well.
4. Add chicken broth, lightly stirring.
5. Add beaten eggs to dressing; mix together well.
6. Place mixture into a crock pot; cover and cook on high for 45 minutes.
7. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 5 to 6 hours.
