1 tablespoon Finely minced ginger
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch salt

directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce temperature to simmer. Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes or until carrots are tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
