Asian Hoisin Tuna

Ingredients

1 lb fresh tuna fillet
1 spray olive oil cooking spray
4 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 dash ground black pepper
Asian Hoisin Tuna

Directions

1. Preheat broiler and broiling pan.
2. Spray fish with olive oil spray. Sprinkle generously with spices, salt and pepper. Brush fish with hoisin sauce (spoon some hoisin sauce into a small dish, do not put brush directly into jar of hoisin sauce).
3. Remove hot pan from broiler, spray with olive oil spray. Place fish on hot broiling pan and return to oven. Broil 6 - 8 minutes, depending on thickness of fish to cook through.
