Grilled Flank Steak

1 tablespoon chinese 5 spice powder
1 lb flank steak
1 spray olive oil cooking spray
Grilled Flank Steak


1. Preheat grill or broiler to high heat.
2. Bring steak to room temperature (about 10 minutes).
3. Coat steak with Chinese 5 Spice Powder.
4. Spray steak with olive oil spray. Grill or Broil Steak about 4 minutes each side or to desired doneness. If more well-done is preferred, cook a little longer over less intense heat (if using broiler, place steak on lower rack away from heat).
5. Let rest for 5 minutes and cut across the grain into thin slices.
