Whole Grain Couscous

Ingredients

2 cup water
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup couscous, dry
Whole Grain Couscous

Directions

1. In a medium sauce pan, bring water, oil and salt to a boil.
2. Add couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for five minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
