Ingredients

2 cup water
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup Couscous, dry
2 stalk green onions. sliced
1 cup mixed dried fruit, diced

Directions

1. Bring water, oil and salt to a boil. Add couscous and dried fruit, cover and remove from heat.
2. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add green onions, fluff with fork and serve.
