1 (32 oz.) pkg. Hannaford frozen french fries
1 (10.5 oz.) can Hannaford chicken gravy
1 (10.5 oz.) can Hannaford beef gravy
6 (about 1+1/2 cups) curds, such as Yancey's Fancy Plain Cheese Curds (found in the deli), cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake until browned, about 22 minutes.
2. While fries bake, combine the chicken and beef gravies in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
3. Divide fries among 6 bowls. Top each with about 1/4 cup cheese curds and 1/4 cup hot gravy. Let sit for about 3 minutes to heat the cheese, without stirring. Sing one verse of “O Canada" and serve!
