Basil and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

6 each oil-packed sun-dried tomato
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 1/2 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 each garlic clove, crushed through a press
1 pinch salt
1 dash pepper
Basil and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Directions

1. Drain and chop sun-dried tomatoes. In a bowl, combine sun dried tomatoes, yogurt, basil, oil and garlic.
