Five-Minute Texicali Dinner Salad

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
1 bag shredded carrots
1 14 oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 each red or green pepper, diced
1 each small Red onion, diced
1 each small can reduced-sodium sliced olives, drained
1 (1-pound) pkg grilled chicken breast strips
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 each avocado, sliced
2 cups tortilla strips
Five-Minute Texicali Dinner Salad

Directions

1. Layer ingredients in order listed above in a large glass bowl.
2. Serve immediately or keep covered in refrigerator up to one day. Wait to include avocado and tortilla strips until just before serving. Serve with prepared salsa as "dressing."
