Baked Potato with Chili

Ingredients

1 each can Amy's Organic chili
2 large baking potatoes, washed well
Baked Potato with Chili

Directions

1. Pierce potatoes with a fork and place in microwave. Cook according to microwave directions (typically 6 - 9 minutes for two large potatoes).
2. Remove potatoes from microwave and heat chili in a microwave-safe bowl. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and squeeze the sides in and down to open up the top of the potato. Spoon half of the chili over each potato.
