So Simple Parmesan Potato Wedges

4 med potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 6-8 wedges each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon good seasons italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients in a large sealable bag and shake to coat evenly.
3. Place in single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
