Watermelon Slushies

1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
2 Tbsp. honey, or to taste
31/2 cups ice, divided
Watermelon Slushies


1. Combine water, lime juice, watermelon, honey, and 2 cups ice in a blender. Blend 30 seconds or until well combined. Add the remaining 11/2 cups ice; blend until slushy. If your blender is small, prepare in 2 batches.
2. Divide among four glasses; garnish with lime slices and mint leaves, if using. Serve immediately.
