These pickled onions add a zesty bite when sprinkled on tacos, salads, and pizzas.
3?4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup sliced onions
1 thinly sliced jalapeno

Directions

Whisk 3?4 cup rice vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Add 1 cup sliced onions and 1 thinly sliced jalapeno and let sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
