Agua Fresca

Ingredients

Cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, or a combination will all work well here.
4 cups peeled, diced melon
3 cups coconut water
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. honey
Pinch salt
Lime wedges (optional garnish)
Mint springs (optional garnish)
Agua Fresca

Directions

1. Blend melon, 2 cups coconut water, lime juice, honey and salt until completely smooth, about 45 seconds.
2. Strain into a pitcher and stir in remaining 1 cup coconut water. Serve chilled and garnish with lime and mint sprigs, if desired.
