1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped roasted beets
Extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse sea salt
Salted Beet Yogurt

Directions

1. Top yogurt with beets. Add a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt before serving.
